SOCIAL / EVENT HALL

There is a FIVE hour minimum which starts when you begin your set-up and concludes when you
complete your break-down. Events may not last beyond 1:30 a.m.

There is a daily rate available if you rent the facility for three or more consecutive days. If interested, please ask for pricing.

The facility requires general liability. Liquor liability is required if alcohol is brought onsite.

FAQ

Upon submitting application, A $500 Deposit is required, to guarantee the reservation date.

  • If deposit is NOT received your reservation will be released.
  • If you cancel your reservation 72 hours (3days) after signing contract: $100 administration fee deducted, All remaining fees and rental charges must be paid 30 days prior to your event.
  • Any event that is cancelled within the 30-day window leading up to your event will forfeit 100% of all fees, deposits and rental charges that have been paid.
  • Any event cancelled 30-days prior to its date a full refund will be given. (If paid in full)
  • Deposit fee will be returned in 7-14 business days if there is not breakage, damage, or loss to the building contents, or additional expenses incurred due to event.
  • Security person(s) must be arranged and paid for a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event datefor those events that are private with alcohol being served.
  • Live animals, except for service animals, may not be brought onto the premises.
  • CLIENT and his/her guests are restricted to the rental area.
  • Venue Noire will not be responsible for items left behind, before, during or after an Event.
  • Venue Noire staff may enter any of the rented premises at any time on any occasion. Venue Noire reserves the right to take photographs of rental Events for its own records and for use in future.
  • CLIENT must make sure that the number of guest does not over-exceed the stated amount.
  • Damage to Building. In cases where property has been damaged or abused beyond normal wear, CLIENT will be billed for all damage and additional clean-up.
  • Storage in Building. Venue Noire does not provide storage. It is not available before or after a rental event. All decorations, props, rented furniture, beverage dispensers, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the event.
  • Wi-Fi is included as part of the contract. Please ask for Wi-Fi password if needed.

For any event, regardless of type, whereby the public is invited (not a private event), regardless if it is free or there is admittance fee will require an approved Special Event Permit from the Town of Mangonia Park. Applicant will be responsible for all fees and arrangements with the Town of Mangonia Park up to and including, but not limited to; application fees, police fees, fire inspections fees and any other fees as deemed appropriate by the Town in support of your public event.

If alcohol is sold at your event, proper documentation and licenses must be provided to at least 60 days in advance of your event.

NO BYOB (Bring your own bottle) EVENTS PERMITTED.

The name and telephone number of all on-site vendors and agents associated with your event (i.e. rental company, valet service, caterer, band etc.) must be provided to VENUE NORIE at least 30 days in advance of your event, along with any required licenses, permits, insurance certificates etc.
